MCPity Motion provides tools for creating ads, explainer videos, 3D homepage assets, promo clips, music videos, script-to-video productions, and other marketing and promotional visual content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant MCPity Motion a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal material
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws

6. Render Credits and Usage

Render credits are consumed when generating video outputs. Credits are non-refundable and expire according to your subscription plan terms. Usage limits apply based on your current plan tier.

7. Subscription Plans

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

MCPity Motion is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
