DMCA Policy

MCPity respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on MCPity infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the form below. Your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A statement of good faith belief
  • A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • Consent to jurisdiction of federal court

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
